How to prevent getting sick while traveling outside of your country

Getting sick it's almost easy once you go out of your zone of comfort, getting out of your country and getting used to the new weather and climate change and new bacterias and all that microscopic crap, haha.
always get a jacket to be ready. and get some anti flu medicines.
and you have to follow certain rules about what you eat there, there are plenty of delicious looking food serving on the streets (depends on what country you're going mostly in third world countries where they don't really regulate all of their food)
Here are some simple rules that you are common with, Don't eat anything on the streets, always wash your hand at eating and using the bathroom. and don't eat too much junk food. that way you will prevent getting sick
but sooner or later your immune system will fail at fighting some bacterias in that case you don't really need to panic if you have:
-Body Ache
-Fever
-Diarrhea
-Weakness
- Slight Dizziness
-Slight Headache

This signs might be of the traveler's diarrhea.
just don't panic it will go away in a couple of days but getting antibiotics, go to your local pharmacy for this over the counter medicine. It will help especially the pills that have Trimethoprim 160mg + Sulfametoxazol 800mg just drink plenty of fluid with it but make you are NOT allergic to this ingredients and if it get worse go to a hospital or talk to your doctor.

How to move/transfer your old bookmarks to a new Google Chrome!!!

If you are planing to reinstall Google Chrome or install a Google chrome to a new computer but you want to keep all your bookmarks?

just follow the simple step below:

1. Go to this in your computer C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
2. Copy the file called "bookmarks".

3. In the new computer just follow step 1 to get to the right place and paste the file "bookmarks".

4. Done...Enjoy.
(in order this to work close chrome and first delete the bookmark it had before or just replace it)

when someone commits a crime there is always a clue that lead the officer to the killer.

in this reflexion I will give you some tips if you want to became unstoppable.

first you have to do is watch every move you do because they said once that "there is no perfect crime" well there is. if you are willing to plan it first instead of doing it right away.

I will recommend you to watch a lot of "the file of the FBI" on Discovery Channel or "COPS" take notes every time there is a crime watch the mistakes of the other ones so you're not stupid enough to do it . watch closely of what clues the FBI or the POLICE is looking for, those idiots shows what a criminal must do if you just turn around the picture.

so learn from the mistakes of other ones. and don't do it in a hurry.
